Ibtikar Basecamp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our People & Operation Management Department. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Help organize candidate engagement activities.
• Maintain and update candidate records and databases accurately.
• Participate in programs and initiatives related to recruitment and operations.
• 21 hours per week – Hybrid work model.
